Kent leads the finance division, driving strategic oversight of asset management and real estate investments. He spearheads the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, audits, and regulatory compliance, ensuring robust fiscal governance.
Before joining East End, Kent served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Silverstein Properties Limited, a prominent real estate firm that issued over $400 million in publicly traded debt on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. During his nearly ten-year tenure at Silverstein Properties and Silverstein Capital Partners, Kent orchestrated over $1 billion in equity transactions and facilitated the issuance of more than $3 billion in debt investments, while expertly managing all aspects of property and corporate accounting. Prior to Silverstein, Kent honed his expertise as a senior accountant at WeiserMazars (now ForvisMazars).
Kent earned a Master’s Degree in Accounting from The University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from Florida State University.
