Denis leads East End’s Ground-Up Development and Construction practice. He manages all aspects of the firm’s construction projects, including predevelopment and development, project budgeting, design management, construction oversight, procurement, and insurance.
Prior to joining East End, Denis worked as a project manager for Tishman Construction where he was actively involved in the construction and fit-out of over 2 million square feet of residential and retail spaces. Significant past projects include the Kohn Pederson Fox designed 40-story Waterline Square development in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, a cultural center that was part of the Essex Crossing mixed-use development in the East Village, and several Broadway theaters. Denis spent the early half of his career consulting on a variety of new building and renovation projects.
Denis is a licensed Structural Engineer, and holds a Masters of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University.
