Arad oversees all finance functions in the areas of asset management and real estate investments, and is responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, audits, and compliance.
Prior to joining East End, Arad was the Fund Controller at 40 North and Winter Properties, where he oversaw all financial and accounting functions for various portfolios. Arad was also employed by Fortress Investment Group, where he was Controller of Newcastle Investment Corp, a publicly traded REIT. Earlier in his career, Arad held finance and accounting positions with Centerline Capital Group, Cushman and Wakefield, Fundtech Ltd, Ernst & Young LLP, and Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP.
Arad holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Arad is a licensed CPA.
