Michael assists with all acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, and property management functions of the firm. His considerable analytical experience and broad capital markets background further enhance East End’s capacity to find and add new value to its portfolio.
Before joining East End, Michael served as a financial analyst in Savills Studley’s Capital Transactions Group, focusing on real estate investment sales across all asset classes in New York City. Michael accumulated substantial acquisitions and capital markets experience while at Savills Studley, assisting in the underwriting of approximately $2 billion of closed transactions. Prior to his Savills Studley tenure, Michael worked for Savanna Real Estate Fund, where he assisted in the day-to-day operations of the firm’s acquisitions and asset management teams. Mr. Broda holds a B.S. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is fluent in French, his native language, and is also conversational in Spanish.
