East End Capital
Andrew is based in New York City and is responsible for aiding in the acquisitions, underwriting, asset management, and property management components of East End’s portfolio.
Prior to joining East End, Andrew worked at Cohen & Steers as a member of the Institutional Sales team where he was responsible for market and public fund research as well as attribution reporting and consultant negotiations. Before Cohen & Steers, Andrew worked at Sebastian Capital as a Marketing/Sales Associate where he helped manage the day-to-day operations of over 3.5 million SF of commercial and residential real estate. Andrew holds a B.A. from New York University’s College of Arts and Sciences.
