East End Capital
Andrew is responsible for East End’s development and construction activities on the west coast. He is responsible for a broad range of activities, including design, pre-construction, procurement, and construction management.
Before joining East End, Andrew was Senior Project Manager on the $2.2 billion Century Plaza re-development in Los Angeles, which included 1.5 million square feet of mixed-use hotel, condominiums, and retail. Prior to that, Andrew was Preconstruction Manager for a regional general contractor, building over 2,400 units of ground-up multifamily housing across Southern California and North Texas.
Andrew has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
