Bartaco | Dogfish Head Brewery

Located on NW 24th and NW 25^th Streets just west of NW 2nd Avenue, the 15,000 square foot building was leased to Dogfish Head, a subsidiary of The Boston Beer Company and Bartaco, a Baja-inspired national restaurant chain. Following a renovation which transformed the property from a dilapidated warehouse into a best-in-class brewery, Dogfish Head produced all varieties of beer on-site for wholesale distribution as well as consumption at the brewery’s popular Social Hall. Bartaco opened in 2022. The property was sold to an affiliate of the Vella Group in 2024.
