21-27 Mercer Street is a mixed-use retail and residential property located on Mercer Street between Howard and Grand Streets, one block west of Broadway, in Manhattan’s SoHo submarket. The property sits within the SoHo Cast Iron Landmarks District. Following re-tenanting of the retail at record-setting rents, upgrades to the apartments, and preliminary approval from the New York City Landmarks Preservation Committee to erect penthouses atop the buildings, the asset was sold.
