Jonathan leads East End’s West Coast Ground-Up Development and Construction practice. He manages all aspects of the firm’s West Coast projects, with a current focus on predevelopment, development, and construction execution of East End’s production and studio work in the Los Angeles area.
Before joining East End, Jonathan oversaw the development of the $2.2 billion Century Plaza project in Los Angeles, which included 1.5 million square feet of floor area comprised of mixed-use hotel, condo, and retail components. Jonathan also managed the 40-story 10,000 Santa Monica project from the very start of conceptual design through completion and has been responsible for a wide variety of other large-scale, complex projects including luxury high-rise, industrial, infrastructure, and higher education.
Jonathan is a Civil Engineer who holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, with an additional focus on Construction Management. He graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
