Alex is based in New York City and manages a wide array of asset and property management functions across the company’s portfolio. Utilizing his past experience with both financial analysis and leasing, Alex finds creative ways to add revenue, cut costs, and drive total return at all of East End’s buildings.
Prior to joining East End, Alex served as a financial analyst in the real estate valuations group at Duff & Phelps, where he valued assets around the globe for some of the world’s largest real estate owners. Before Duff & Phelps, Alex worked at CBRE in New York City as both an institutional sales and office leasing broker, representing owners and tenants. At CBRE, Alex aided in the sale of over a billion dollars’ worth of NYC real estate, helped manage the day-to-day operations of over 900,000 SF of office space, and assisted with the management of over $10 million of construction projects. Alex Holds a B.S from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
