East End Capital and The Related Group have celebrated the top off of Wynwood 25, the first large-scale project in Wynwood.
Completion is scheduled for summer 2019.

The 400,000 square foot mixed-use development will include 289 rental apartments, 31,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 340 parking spaces.
Wynwood 25 will predominantly feature studio and one-bedroom apartments, all equipped with 10′ to 12’ ceilings, luxurious kitchens and bathrooms, and full-sized washer/dryers. Residents will be able to enjoy a rooftop pool, rooftop barbecue area, rooftop movie lounge, bike room, EV car-charging stations, a large state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga studio, a 12,000-square-foot green courtyard, and dog wash facilities, among other amenities.
Construction is also progressing with The Wynwood Annex, a separate adjacent building which will consist of 47,000 square feet of leasable office space, with suites ranging from 5,500 to 7,200 square feet. The Annex is nearly half-way complete with four of its eight stories already finished. Also, slated for a summer 2019 completion, the building will offer tenants on-site parking, a rooftop outdoor space, a covered outdoor conference center and access to Wynwood 25’s fitness center and rooftop pool.
