Annex Slated to Bring Rentable Boutique Office Space and Ground-Floor Retail to the Heart of the Wynwood Arts District
Miami, FL. (November 3, 2017) – East End Capital and The Related Group announced Cushman & Wakefield and Koniver Stern Group as brokers for the Annex, an office building in Wynwood geared towards tenants in the technology, advertising, marketing and innovation (TAMI) industries looking for boutique space in the heart of Wynwood. Cushman & Wakefield’s Gordon Messinger, will manage office space leasing, while Koniver Stern Group’s Sara Wolfe will oversee leasing for the 4,900 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
“Both Gordon and Sara have a wealth of knowledge in the South Florida real estate market and their experience working with the creative and innovative kind of tenants, for which the Annex is designed, make them both ideal partners for this project.” said, Marc Gitto, managing director of East End Capital, co-developer of The Annex.
The Annex will consist of 47,000 square feet of leasable office space with suites ranging from 5,500 to 7,200 square feet. Some offices across the eight-story building will offer private outdoor and terrace space. Tenants can enjoy rooftop outdoor space and a covered outdoor conference center.
The development will be a separate, but adjacent building to Wynwood 25, a residential project slated to bring 289 rental units to Wynwood. Both projects will reflect the artistic and vibrant fabric of the Wynwood neighborhood.
Earlier this year, the Annex received approval from the Wynwood Design Review Committee. The project is expected to be completed in 2019.
