East End Capital Gets Green Light, Financing For Two Wynwood Projects

East End Capital can move forward on Wynwood 25. The City of Miami Urban Design Review Board gave unanimous approval this week for the 400k SF mixed-use project, which will include 289 apartment units and 31k SF of ground-floor retail. This news comes on the heels of East End capturing a $10.5M loan for its recently completed Wynwood Arcade redevelopment project, a 23k SF former warehouse at 50 Northwest 24th St turned into a trendy center with The Salty Donut & Coffee Bar, Bonobos and Raphaella Booz and painted in striking murals by artist Tristan Eaton. Mission Capital arranged the LoanCore financing, but details weren’t revealed. Assuming all other approvals get buttoned up, East End Capital’s Jonathon Yormak says he’s shooting for an early 2017 groundbreaking on Wynwood 25.
